The project was completed by SMFA, Soda Hospitality, and Elite, transforming the time-worn site into a refined, European-inspired wine bar. SMFA engaged local artisans and craftspeople to enhance the character of the interior spaces, creating a unique, warm, and curated aesthetic within the historic building.

Ballet rejuvenates the cherished coastal tenancy, providing an immersive tasting journey that caters to both casual diners and wine enthusiasts alike. The venue offers a variety of experiences over two levels, creating an inviting and sophisticated ambiance. Patrons can experience various bar areas or indulge in the exclusive tasting room designed for intimate and refined wine sampling.
