Greenacres Reserve Redevelopment

This challenging project aimed to deliver a shared-use facility that accommodates year-round dual occupancy by two teams simultaneously. A covered breezeway incorporated into the building enhances community amenities by offering unobstructed access and creating opportunities for the space to host various community activities.

One of these buildings serves as a social hub, housing a modern kitchen, bar, canteen, and restrooms. The second building accommodates two AFL standard change rooms, a medical facility, four storage rooms, an umpire room, and public toilets.

Additionally, the tennis courts are completely overhauled with new surfacing, improved lighting, and enhanced fencing. The existing aging cricket nets are also replaced and a revamped basketball practice court with latest facilities.
