Hotel Renmark Bistro

Established in 1897, Hotel Renmark remains a prominent fixture within the Riverland community. The internal refurbishment included new chevron flooring, the introduction of feature glazed partitions and joinery to zone the space large, and refurbished function space. The space offers cocktail, casual and fine dining spaces to accompany the high-quality cuisine served at the Hotel.

The driving theme of the development was to integrate with and pay tribute to the existing Art Deco building, where a consistent linear datum line was incorporated internally to tie into the existing architectural elements of the building. Geometric patterns, metallic accents, and curved lines are present throughout to create a Bistro space that is cohesive with the original architectural features of the building while providing modern amenity to the community.
